Club Marine, Australia’s largest provider of recreational boating insurance, is delighted to announce Club Marine Magazine’s position as Australasia’s leading marine lifestyle magazine has been overwhelmingly endorsed with the recent Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC) result confirming a circulation increase to an unprecedented 91,728* subscribers for the period from January to June, 2014.

This is Club Marine Magazine’s highest-ever circulation figure. Our previous record high was 91,495 for the same period in 2013.

“We are delighted by the latest ABC figures,” said Club Marine Publisher and CEO, Simon McLean. “In a period when many print titles are undergoing readership shrinkage, it is enormously rewarding to be able to spread the Club Marine message. We have worked hard to consolidate and build on our circulation growth and the latest ABC figures confirm that Club Marine Magazine has solidly anchored its position as one of Australasia’s favourite magazines.”

The ABC audit result is a firm endorsement from readers that they continue to value and enjoy reading Club Marine Magazine. Magazine Managing Editor, Chris Beattie said it also underlined the title’s strategy to promote and foster the Australasian marine lifestyle.

“I’d also like to take this opportunity to clarify a common misunderstanding that Club Marine is automatically mailed out to all Club Marine Insurance policy holders. In fact, all of our subscribers choose to pay an additional subscription fee over and above their insurance premium,” explained Beattie.

Club Marine Magazine is a quality bi-monthly magazine published by Club Marine Limited, Australia’s largest provider of recreational boating insurance. The magazine has a broad appeal well beyond its core marine audience, with a hugely popular Gourmet section appealing to foodies, while other regular features include marine lifestyle, destination and environmental features.
