We are pleased to announce Arctic Steel, manufacturer of the world’s leading stainless steel water strainers, has been acquired by Dixon Valve and Coupling Company.

Arctic Steel is excited by this acquisition as it will enable the Arctic Steel brand to continue to grow and expand under Dixon across global markets with a worldwide distribution footprint, enabling existing and new customers access to increased stock levels and a larger range of quality marine products.

Dixon Valve and Coupling Company (DVCC) is a family owned private business headquartered in Maryland, USA. DVCC, a leading manufacturer of flow control products has been in business for over 100 years, servicing customers across a wide range of markets and industry segments including Energy, Mining, Purity, Steel, Fire Protection and Marine.

Peter Crossley (director of Arctic Steel) will continue to work with Dixon in a full time business development capacity with a focus on their marine segment. The Arctic Steel team would like to thank all customers and distributors for their support over the years and commit to an ongoing exceptional level of service, and together with Dixon make us the easiest company to do business with every day.

Arctic Steel will continue to be available through their distributor network. In Australia, Asia and Pacific region – will be sold through Dixon (Asia Pacific) Pty Ltd. Throughout North America, Europe, Africa and Middle East, Arctic Steel will be sold by Hydrasearch Company, who are a wholly owned subsidiary of DVCC.
