BSE Cairns Slipways is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Keller to the newly created position of Customer Service Manager. In the new role Brian will be the first point of contact at BSE Cairns Slipways for customers wishing to enquire about dockings and vessel maintenance, and will coordinate the delivery of dockyard availability advice, costings and follow up communications to customers.
Brian will also ensure that BSE Cairns Slipways customers receive the highest standards of service throughout every project, from initial enquiry to project completion.
Brian has over 25 years of experience in customer relationship management, including roles in the customer service intensive industries of motor vehicle service and car and truck rentals. Most recently Brian held management positions with Coates Hire and CAT Rental Power in Cairns.
