Life Cell CEO, Jenny Aiken, has been chosen to represent Life Cell at the Springboard Enterprises Accelerator Program in Australia. The Springboard program is a community of innovators; influencers and investors that help entrepreneurs build technology-focused companies. The program, which drives female pioneers, is supported by both Australian and US experts and is an accelerator program for women-led businesses seeking equity investments and strategic partnerships for growth.

Life Cell Marine Safety is one of ten women-led companies who will complete the 2017 Springboard Program. The companies join the Springboard Portfolio and the women who lead them become part of Springboard’s Global Expert Network, accessing resources and expertise to help them globalize, scale and increase their visibility in the market. The intensive program includes a boot camp designed to maximize insights into the business and a personal advisory team directly relevant to the company’s needs, sector and stage. The program also includes access to networks that connect the business to entrepreneurs, investors, sector experts and trusted business advisors.

Life Cell Marine Safety’s CEO, Jenny Aiken, who was selected said “Taking a new innovative product from an idea to an international marketplace is not an easy task, which is probably why many people fail to achieve their goals. Being able to prepare your business for investment and attract capital is essential to success. Springboard is designed to help our company, Life Cell Marine Safety, to prepare for and attract this investment to ensure future growth. I feel very privileged to have been chosen as part of the 2017 cohort and I think Springboard’s support in helping women in business, to think big and achieve their goals, is invaluable.”
