Whittley and FinScan’s close working relationship in R & D has resulted in a feature rich, customised new touchscreen electrical system to operate all aspects of the new xs 20 and xs 24 Wake cruiser models. The new xs 20 and xs 24 Wake cruisers will debut at the 2016 Melbourne International Boat Show, installed standard with the latest FinScan NUCLEUS lite digital switching system.

The NUCLEUS lite marine digital switching system will set these new cruiser models apart from any other comparable boat in this style and size range. The new xs 20 and xs 24 Wake cruisers will be fitted with a sleek new 4.3″ touchscreen, that will include a single button press to setup the boat into various operational modes, intermittent wipers, and a complete functional battery monitoring system to report the state of the house and start batteries.

The NUCLEUS lite power distribution unit is designed compact, to fit in tight spaces for smaller boats. In addition to digital switching and circuit protection, it also incorporates state of the art sensing technology for battery monitoring that no longer requires external current sensors such as shunts for high amperage current measuring, everything is built in to the one compact box.
