The 2014 Club Marine Australian Marine Export and Superyacht Awards, held last night at Sanctuary Cove, saw Western Australian based Hanseatic Marine|SilverYachts win the award for ‘2014 Superyacht Industry of Business of the Year – Manufacturer’.
Hanseatic Marine|SilverYachts, builder of world renowned luxury superyachts, prides itself on manufacturing high speed, light weight, extremely fuel efficient vessels, all with added SOLAS passenger ship safety features. Hanseatic Marine|SilverYachts take a very straight forward approach to building boats, offering clients a complete service, from first design to complete construction. Established in 2003, they now have over 150 employees, 30 of these being apprentices plus a number of small industry contractors.
Hanseatic Marine|SilverYachts encourages quality control and undertake all aspects of the design in-house, incorporating world class styling, design materials, equipment and craftsmanship to produce their well finished products.
The 77m M.Y. Smeralda delivered in 2012 won a number of international awards during 2013 including Show Boats Design Award 2013 – Interior Design Award Displacement Yacht >60m and Boat International World Superyacht Awards 2013 – Displacement Motor Yacht of 500GT to 1229GT.
