Steven Fisher, International Business Development Manager of globally renowned Rivergate Marina & Shipyard was awarded the “Superyacht Industry Champion Award” at the Industry Gala Dinner on Tuesday 20 May in Sanctuary Cove, Queensland for his outstanding achievements and contribution to the superyacht industry.
Stephen Fisher has been heavily involved in the superyacht industry and has over 25 year experience in marina and refit management in Australia and specifically Queensland.
David Tanner, Managing Director, Stella Group said “ In my 30 years in this industry I have never met a harder worker or one so committed, he has been individually responsible for vessels such as Dragonfly, KoKomo 2, SuRu and many others in Brisbane – it’s his efforts that makes Australian labor and component suppliers successful and he truly deserves this recognition. Stephen only has one aim; to attract Superyacht business to Australia and he is doing a sterling job”.
